IM DATA MIGRATION

Data migration is based upon the developed IA and is based on business processes and rules.  LNW maps the data, uses established migration tools such as SeeUnity Velocity Content Migration tool as well as developing specialized tools to manage exceptions.  LNW so performs shared drive clean up using tools such as ActiveNavigation and ConseptSearching.  Our migration strategy is now part of the Government of Canada Centre of Excellence in the implementation of GCDOCS.
